Q. How long will it take my item to ship?

A. While we know you’d like your item 5 minutes after you order it, we cannot deliver it that fast. Most items take 1-2 days to ship after it has been ordered.

Q. I don't see my size. How can I order my size.

A. The size listed is the ONLY size for that particular item. There is no other size available. It will not come back in stock once it is sold out.

Q. I ordered an item from the website and never received it. Where is it?

A. If you haven’t received your item after 10 days from shipment, please email info@BespokeNotBroke.com and someone will be able to handle it.

Q. What is your customer service number?

Q. Do you have a brick & mortar store in the DMV (DC, Maryland, Virginia) area where I can come by to look at available items?

A. We can be found at Fenton Street Market (Veterans Plaza: Silver Spring, MD) every Saturday until the end of October, and we also have items located at Polly Sue’s Vintage Shop at 6915 Laurel Avenue Takoma Park, MD 20912, open M-F 11am – 7pm
Sat: 11am – 6 pm
Sun: 11am – 5pm

Q: How can I tell in advance if the garment will fit properly?

A. Each item has detailed measurements listed in the product description. For more information on how to get the correct fit, please check-out our Sizing Guide.  However, some items will simply have to be tailored to get the true bespoke fit.

Q: What forms of payment do you accept?

A. You may use Visa, MasterCard, Discover, or PayPal

Q: I am looking for a specific item in a particular size. Can you help me?

A. Simply send an email to info@BespokeNotBroke.com that includes your contact info as well as a detailed description of what you are looking for, and we will add it to our VIP customer “wish list.”

Q: Do you purchase items from the original owners, and do you sell on consignment?

A. When an opportunity to purchase particular items presents itself that is so good “we can’t refuse,” we often don’t. However, we do not do consignment.

Q: How do I care for my garment?

A. For most clothing items we recommend dry cleaning them upon receipt although the majority of them will arrive with the dry cleaning tags still intact. If you have purchased an item dating from the 1940s or prior, you should consult with your dry cleaner before cleaning. Some of the delicate items from this era cannot withstand the chemicals used in the dry cleaning solutions.  In addition, make sure to store your garments in a cool, dry place, or in natural fiber fabric bags. Do not store in plastic bags, and remember non- acid-free cardboard boxes and cedar chests may cause yellowing or streaking.
