If there are any concerns or doubts that our items will not fit properly, please contact us prior to making your purchase. However, if you receive an item and it is not as you expected, we are more than willing to accept the return for a store credit. Unfortunately, no refunds are available because your purchase most likely kept another important customer from purchasing that item.
If an item simply does not fit, please keep in mind that most items listed may need additional alterations for a proper bespoke fit. Therefore, we cannot accept returns for items that simply “did not fit as expected.”
If there is an error on our part in the product detail, or we mistakenly omitted something, please bring it to our attention, and we will offer a refund for the purchase price of your item. Shipping will not be refunded.
Returns need to be sent the same day or the following day after confirmed shipment in accordance to the day as noted by the tracking service. The return shipping costs rests solely upon you. If the items are not mailed the same or following day of receipt, they may not be eligible for store credit or refund of purchase price.
The store credit is for the price of the item(s) not including shipping. Store credit must be used within 14 days of item return and must be used on an item in the same category. When selecting another item, please make sure to email first so that arrangements can be made for shipping.
